The last time Michelle Wie was spotted in Jupiter, she was helping Rickie Fowler and his gang celebrate Fowler’s 30th birthday.
Wie’s been out of action since October when she underwent wrist surgery.
Wie, who is still the most popular female golfer in America, was knocked out of again with a bum right wrist. The diagnosis as an avulsion fracture, bone spurs and nerve entrapment.
Not good.
Wie’s been following doctor’s order but now she’s allowed back on the course, albeit to start working on her short game.
She’s posted videos of some chipping practice and she’s hoping to get back into action sooner than later.
She’s also hoping for a pain-free season in 2019.
Her career has been slowed by a plethora of injuries with the wrist being the latest.
Hopefully she’ll come back strong this season.
