Jason Dufner Goes Batter-Up, He Has A Baseball Swing Too!

Jason Dufner’s in town to play at the Valspar starting Thursday at Innisbrook in Tarpon Springs, Fl., but Duf couldn’t resist meeting up with an old Auburn University buddy on Tuesday.

That Auburn buddy was Josh Donaldson, third baseman for the Toronto Blue Jays and Dufner showed up at their training facility in Dunedin and Donaldson made sure the former PGA champion was decked out in a Blue Jays uniform and ready to go.

Dufner showed that he has a good baseball swing, in addition to his golf swing as he took his turn at batting practice, showing a nice waggle and a smooth stroke with the bat.

Dufner also shagged a few fly balls in the outfield where he wasn’t quite as graceful.

“It’s a lot of fun,” Dufner said afterward. “I got to be the “am” in the pro-am, so to speak.”
