If you are not acquainted with MyGolfSpy, you need to put these guys on your reading list.
MyGolfSpy refers to itself as “Truth Digest” because you can go there and get detailed, non-biased testing information and reviews on every variety of equipment in the golf universe.
It’s the brainchild of Adam Beach. Tony Coury is the main Editor for the site.
Their mission statement is pretty simple:
“Our mission is to inform and protect the golf consumer. We want you to get the most out of your money, time and performance. That means providing you with reviews you can trust, as well as honest reporting on the latest issues affecting the game today.”
The “Spy” is unique in that it focuses on golfers. It has no bias — it accepts no advertising from big golf companies. It is totally data-driven and has no site sponsor influence.
This is the time of year when golfers have those treasured “gift cards” dropped in their laps from Santa and we thought we’d bring in some eye opening findings from The Spy to let you know what they discovered to be some of their top-rated equipment.
