This looked completely ridiculous — the three medal winners in the women’s golf competition wearing masks at the medal ceremony!
Seriously?
First of all, it was OUTSIDE!
Second, all these players have been tested.
Third, there were hugs all around after Nelly Korda’s Gold Medal win.
So Nelly, Mone Inomi and Lydia Ko standing on the medal podium with masks on?
Absurd.
Least they could do is let everyone see the emotion from the medal winners.
Masks?
Ha-rumph — we’d send the decision makers to our Dog House but the dogs said “Absolutely Not.”
The dogs refuse to “mask-up.”

Must completely agree Tom.
It’s decisions like this which makes masks —which are helpful —seem more political than anything.
These athletes spent the whole week maskless only to wear a mask for the anthems when they are 6 feet apart from just two other people on the podium.
Having the athletes placing medals around their own necks also deserves some dogging’.
