Bryson DeChambeau is a lot of things — including Drama King.
Seems Bryson had a bit of a battle with a gallery rope last Sunday during the LIV circus exhibition. Now things are pretty organized on the PGA Tour where the on-course volunteer marshalls actually, you know, know how to property lower then raise gallery ropes when players hit their drives off line.
Well, Defector Bryson hits a lot of drives off-line and that must be the case over there on the LIV circus exhibition. Did we mention it is Infidel-funded?
Well, over-funded Bryson got the old rope treatment and he really into one of his hissy-fits although this time there were a lot of expletives including those taking the Lord’s name in vain, which basically violates the heck out of that First Commandment.
Here’s Bryson’s dialogue:
“Oh my God, what the f–k guys?” Oh my f–king God. I can’t see. Shit! Oh, right in my eye. I can’t even see right now. The thing split my eye.”
First thing we thought of was a flash-back of the famous movie “Christmas Story” where the tell Ralphie “You’ll Shoot Your Eye Out” when he asks for that Red Rider b-b-gun.
Well, the day after, seems Bryson reported that he’s fine. No, his eye wasn’t split as he screamed on Sunday.
Best line came from broadcast-defector David Feherty, who reacted to the incident with a quick:
“Off with his head!”
Oops, be careful David, you know The Infidels still behead their own citizens.
