Forget all those “Black Friday” shopping deals — here’s something for that person who has everything.
How about the “Sunday Red” Nike shirt worn by Tiger Woods at the 2010 Masters?
It could be yours but you better have some pretty deep pockets.
You may or may not recall that a set of irons used by Woods during his “Tiger Slam” run, sold at auction for $5,156,000. Which means this shirt could fetch well into seven figures.
The shirt is owned by Upper Deck, Tiger’s exclusive memorabilia partner. Tiger added a very large autograph to the shirt and also wrote “2010 Masters Final Round.”
The shirt is part of a large lot of cool stuff being auctioned on-line by Golden Age Auctions.
Golden Age believes this is the only Sunday Red shirt in private hands. No one is sure where Tiger’s other “Sunday Red” shirts are, they may be in his possession.
The auction has a lot of items, including a putter used by LIV-Defector-In-Chief Phil Mickelson for his 21st win on the PGA Tour. Mickelson produced a video to verify and authenticate the putter for Golden Age.
The auction runs until December 10. Current bid for Tiger’s shirt is just under $45,000. Current bid for the Defector-In-Chief’s putter is $6,655.
