Tiger Woods will be in the midst of his return to competition when the bidding for his 2010 Masters-worn shirt wraps up.
Tiger is teaming with world No. 1 Rory McIlroy for the latest version of “The Match” and they go off at Pelican Golf Club sometime after 6 p.m. Saturday evening.
Two hours later, the bidding will close on the shirt being offered by Golden Age Auctions.
As of Friday, the bidding hasn’t been as brisk as perhaps the Golden Agers might have anticipated. High bid is less than $60,000, which seems pretty low for that shirt signed by Tiger and documented by him as the one he wore on Sunday of the 2010 Masters.
It hasn’t reached six figures (yet) and early estimates were that it might reach seven figures.
That being said, it’s got a long way to go.

Ravetto, ranked No. 680 in the world, is at 10-under par after shooting rounds of 67-67.
He’s a shot in front of Dean Burmester (65-70), M.J. Daffue (69-66) and Aaron Cockerill (70-66).
Louie Oosthuizen was the low LIV-defector in the field. He was at eight-under par after he added a 66 on Friday to his opening 70.
