The rise of Hannah Green started to slow down on Saturday at the Women’s PGA Championship.
Green, who has led every round, finished moving day with her first three-putt green of the championship and now has former world No. 1 Ariya Jutanugarn breathing down her neck.
Green’s even-par 70 to her to nine under, one better than Jutanugarn, who cruised around Hazeltine with a 68.
The two have separated themselves for the rest. Lizette Salas (68) and Nelly Korda (69), are in a five-under par.
Defending champion Sung Hyun Park had the day’s low round. Her 67 got her to four-under.
Tee times were moved up for Sunday’s final round with bad weather anticipated. The field will play in threesomes and go off both the first and tenth tees.
