Phil Mickelson, Brooks Koepka, Patrick Reed, Bryson DeChambeau — they’ve all visited the DogLegNews Dog House at one time or another, most have multiple visits thanks to overall bad behavior on the PGA Tour or elsewhere.
But the dogs gathered this week for an emergency meeting and in a unanimous vote, they have banned all of the above players along with all the members of the LIV exhibition series from the home of our venerable, PGA Tour-loving dogs.
You may or may not know that the Saudis tried to “buy” the Dog House, offering a million dollars for each dog in residence. The dogs wisely said “NO” — no way. They discussed it but came to the conclusion that any country that regularly chops the heads of human beings is not something the dogs wanted to be part of. If Saudi citizens are treated that way, the dogs wondered what might happen if one of them barked-out against the Crown Prince?
Smart dogs.
So no more Reed, no more Mickelson, no more Bryson and no more Brooksie.
Simple as that.
