We’re all trying to get more athletic and stronger to play better golf and today we have a real treat as DogLegNews instruction guru Josh Koch visits with fellow long-driver Justin James.
James has some great drills to help with coordination, athleticism and increased strength and speed in the golf swing.
If you have a jump rope, you’re in business.
What you’ll also see is how hitting baseballs off one of those stationary tees can help your swing. You’ve seen the little kids that play “T-Ball” — you pick up one of those tees, some baseballs and you’re in business if you can find an empty field or vacant land parcel.
Justin’s routines are fairly simple, yet complex at the same time. Some of them, the ones involving the jump rope, will also help your cardio.
So ear-mark this lesson. You’ll want to save it for future reference. Great ways to improve your swing and your health!
Enjoy!
