Have we got the perfect deal for you!
Greg Norman has placed his Seven Lakes Ranch near Meeker, Colorado on the market for the modest sum of $50 million.
Seven Lakes Ranch is a sprawling 11,600-acre wilderness paradise that sits by the White River National Forest. Norman was quite the land grabber. To create the ranch, he assembled several properties including the 3,000-acre Pollard Ranch, 8,350-acre Dry Creek Ranch and 244-acre Seven Lakes portion. An additional 80 acres are also leased on a neighboring property.
The main house is an impressive 14,000 square feet and comes with some really cool western motif furnishings.
There are another six guest cabins, four more cabins for staff and you’d probably need a staff for something this size. If that’s not enough, there’s a four-bedroom hunting lodge. Oh yes, the horses. There are 24 horses stabled on the property. The stables are most impressive and the horses come with the property.
Greg’s been trying to unload this modern-day Ponderosa. Back in 2011 he tried to get $55 million for it, no takers.
This go-round, it’s $50 million and you know that’s totally negotiable.

Greg doesn’t want this anymore.
