Lexi Thompson made the mistake of putting a knee-jerk reaction on Instagram last Friday.
Thompson shot rounds of 77-72 and didn’t come close to making the cut at the Evian Championship then she complained about course conditions.
Seriously?
Apparently someone in her camp got wind of it and soon the rant was removed.
Lexi basically said she was glad she missed the 36-hole cut.
Thompson should know that sort of behavior is incredibly unprofessional. Just because she couldn’t score didn’t mean the rest of the field couldn’t. Winning score from Jin-Young Ko was 15-under par.
So for her moaning and complaining, Lexi goes into The Dog House.
She’ll like her stay there. Lexi’s a dog lover and is totally in love with her little rescue dog — Leo.
