The Nedbank Challenge in Sun City, South Africa is one of the most lucrative post-season events in golf and Marc Leishman carted off an armor-car load of money on Sunday at the Gary Player Country Club.
Leishman ran in four back-nine birdies and he lapped runner-up Henrik Stenson to take the $1.28 million first place money.
Leishman finished with 67 and was 19-under par, six in front of Stenson who could only manage a 72 the final day.
They were the only players to reach double-digits under par.
It turned out to be a pretty profitable trip for American Robert Streb. He shot eight under and finished tied for fourth and took home the equivalent of $276,000.
