The Thud Heard ‘Round The World is part of Masters folklore now.
Dustin Johnson left Augusta National with the world’s second most-famous bad back — the other belongs to Tiger Woods.
Johnson is back home recovering after his fall last Wednesday afternoon in Augusta and things are going pretty well. He’s watching the Masters on television like the rest of us.
Johnson will resume his season at the Wells Fargo Championship May 4-7 then he’ll compete in the Players Championship May 11-14.
As for the other guy with the bad back, there’s still no timetable for the return of Eldrick Woods.
