Rory McIlroy’s Practice Session Shows He Could Be Ready For PGA

Defending PGA champion Rory McIlroy just may be ready to give it a go at Whistling Straits next week.

The latest from Rory via his Instagram video shows us these driver swings and he looks pretty darn good. Rory’s caption: “It feels good to hit the driver again.”

Okay, that’s just a swing or two with the driver. His ankle has to be strong enough to hold up for 18 holes of walking around the challenging layout in Wisconsin.

Second, how rusty would he be?

Third, can he walk for 72 holes should he make the cut.

There are still a lot of questions but no answers from Rory’s “people” as of yet.
