Tiger Woods played this time last year with son Charlie at the PNC Championship — we haven’t seen him play a hole since — but that’s about to change.
Last week Woods announced that he’s doing well enough to play in this weekend’s 2021 version of what used to the the Father-Son event at the Ritz Carlton Golf Club in Orlando.
Actual play is on Saturday and Sunday — 36 holes of scramble golf — but there are pro-ams on Thursday and Friday. Tiger is going to tee it up in the Friday pro-am, minus his son Charlie.
After he’s done, Tiger will meet with the media to try and answer whatever shorts of strange questions may come his way — keep in mind, Woods is a master and controlling the narrative.
Actual play on the weekend will be shown on both The Golf Channel and NBC. You know the Peacock wouldn’t miss this one for the world.
Here’s how you can watch:
Friday: Pro-Am Special: 12:30-2:30 p.m. (ET) The Golf Channel
Saturday: First Round: 12:30-1:30 p.m. (ET) Peacock Premium; 1:30-2:30 (ET) The Golf Channel; 2:30-6:00 p.m. (ET) NBC and Peacock Premium.
