You see alligators everywhere here in Florida.
Doorsteps, parking garages and of course, golf course ponds. They’re everywhere.
So it’s no big deal when you see one on the golf course, unless of course, it’s 16-feet long.
Palmetto is located south of Tampa and just north of Sarasota. And there you find the Buffalo Creek golf course.
You will also find Monstro, as we’ll call him.
Monstro is nearly 16-feet long and probably checks in around the 800-pound mark. A 13-footer in Mississippi weighed just under 700 pounds.
Monstro can be seen strolling the fairways.
The rule of thumb down there in Palmetto — if Monstro wants to play through, let him!
