Sergio Garcia should know better than to piss off the Saudis.
Really, he might want to watch his back after what he did on Saturday at the Saudi International where he basically desecrated the Royals’ Royal Greens.
Garcia caused damage to multiple putting surfaces, slamming them with his putter and creating some nice gouge marks.
The European Tour disqualified him from the tournament but didn’t say much, releasing a simple paragraph. Sky Sports didn’t bring up any video of Sergio’s temper tantrums.
Sergio gave a half-ass apology and said basically he’d never let it happen again. Sure.
The European Tour needs to suspend El Nino for three months and slap him with a sizeable fine — say $100,000.
For his misbehavior, Sergio is going right to the basement of The Dog House.
No putting greens down there, just some dirt for him to dig up.
