The PGA Tour took a huge risk last Sunday by sending off the leaders late in the afternoon.
Dustin Johnson and Harris English had to play the 72nd hole of the Northern Trust in near darkness.
So unless the PGA Tour is ready to issue night vision goggles to the guys in the dark, we’re sending the tournament officials to The Dog House for a short stay.
Our dogs have excellent night vision but unfortunately, they don’t play golf.
So we’ll hope the PGA Tour pays a bit more attention to the weather report and gives the leaders a chance to finish in the daylight. After all, these are supposed to be playoffs, not night operations.
