One of my favorite players from my on-course golf writing days was the great Seve Ballesteros.
Seve was easy to talk to and could come up with some really funny stuff. After one round where he had trouble with his tee shots, I asked him what was the problem with his driver.
Seve responded in that wonderful Spanish accent:
“Eeez no good. Driver eeez like a Cobra — I hold it nicely and it bite me in de neck!”
I miss Seve. He was taken from us far too soon. I wanted all of you to be able to re-live a few moments with Seve.
Today we have a wonderful seven-minute primer from him. Seve will show you how to properly hit the pitch shot, the punch, the pitch and run and the “floater” as he calls it. Today most call it the high lob.
Here’s your link for some wonderful instruction from Seve — Enjoy!!
