It’s a new year and everyone typically has their “Get-In-Better-Shape” resolution which means getting your butt to the gym for a workout or two or three but today, DogLegNews Director of Instruction has a return engagement with movement guru Andrew Bolter.
This is a great video that provides some really simple workout exercises that will get your muscles in shape for the upcoming season and if you pay attention, you might just pick up some more distance off the tee.
Andrew shows a new take on the traditional lunge exercises and has a strength-push routine. Josh will demonstrate some great plank exercises and with Andrew’s guidance, some more complex movements to create more strength and flexibility.
Good thing about all these movements is you can do them at home with not a huge amount of space required. So if you’re finding yourself unmotivated to take a trip to the gym, there’s no excuse, you can do these at home.
