You’ve no doubt seen all sorts of warm-up routines over the years but today we’ve got a treat for you.
DogLegNews Director of Instruction — Josh Koch — is a world class long driver and an excellent player as well. Today Josh is going to show you some dynamic movements to help you warm up for a range session or if you have just a few minutes before your tee time and cannot hit range balls.
Josh takes us through a series of leg warmups that utilize front and side leg swings.
He then moves on to a terrific drills to get your torso warmed up without a lot of time used up.
His routine is great, it’s probably something you may or may not have seen before, odds are you probably haven’t tried this.
We can’t wait to use it before our next range session and will incorporate it into our gym warmup as well.
